Description
This magnet is a model of the lifting magnet used in industry, such as for a scrap metal lifter. It consists of 2 plastic bobbins wound with enameled copper wire and mounted on each arm of a soft iron U-core. Each of the bobbins is fitted with 2 0.16″ (4 mm) socket binding posts.
