Shipping & Returns
We make every effort to ship as quickly as possible – usually within 48 hours. If you need your order shipped same day, next day or shipped by expedited freight, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to meet your needs.
Our preferred method of shipping is FedEx. If you would like to provide us with your FedEx or UPS account number, we are happy to ship your orders under your number. Otherwise, we will include shipping on your invoice. We can ship UPS upon request. If your order is extremely bulky or heavy (> 250-300 lbs) we may contact you as a courtesy to give you a price comparison of FedEx -vs- truck freight. If you would like us to follow a predetermined routing guide, please forward it to us to keep on file.
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any damage, breakage or discrepancies to American Scientific, LLC as soon as it is realized or your claim may be disallowed. Any concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days. Please retain the merchandise in the original packaging pending its inspection by the carrier.
Return, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us, so if you have a problem with any of our products, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right. Contact us via phone, fax or e-mail to get a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Please have your purchase order number or our invoice/order number ready so that we can locate your order information quickly. Also list the item # that you wish to return or exchange, the quantity and what the issue is with the product. Shipping charges are typically not refundable.

Remember: Returns are not allowed on goods supplied on a ‘special order basis’ (custom items) nor on merchandise past 90 days of invoicing. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and have all parts/manuals included. All goods ordered in error are subject to a 10% restocking charge. Replacements can be sent upon request and credits will be issued only after the returned goods have been received and processed.
