Terms & Conditions

Prices: All orders will be accepted according to our current price list.  All prices are in US dollar, Ex Works (EXW). Any state, federal, local and custom duties are extra where applicable, unless otherwise agreed.  If you need our current price list, please call or e-mail. 

Wholesale MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): Effective 01/01/17, all orders need to meet a minimum order quantity of $200.00, unless otherwise agreed. Case quantities or other restrictions may apply.

Special Quotes: If you would like us to quote on special projects (large quantities, custom items) we can quote based on your specific needs.  Please e-mail details regarding the quantity, packaging, price point and delivery requirements.  We will respond as quickly as possible with the best price based on your needs. 

Delivery: Items in stock will be shipped to you typically within 1-3 business days of the receipt of your order unless otherwise notified.  As we do source our inventory world-wide, please allow 6-8 weeks for items not in stock. Very heavy or bulky items may need more time.  Please order in advance if you wish to avoid delays.  We are happy to accept post-dated orders to ensure that we have the product in stock and ready to be shipped on your requested date. *For international shipments, please consult your account manager for more details on delivery timelines.

Terms: Net 30 days for qualified accounts.  New accounts are required to fill out a credit application and submit three credit and one bank reference for credit approval.  Credit terms are subject to change if accounts are not kept current.

Returns and Guarantee: We offer 30 days unconditional guarantee on any product.  Please do not return any goods without prior approval and receipt of a RMA number. Returns are not allowed on goods supplied on a ‘special order basis’ (custom items) nor on merchandise past 90 days of invoicing.  Goods must be returned in the original packaging and have all parts/manuals included.  All goods ordered in error are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Damage and Loss: Our liability ceases after the goods are handed to the carriers.  Please inspect all shipments the day they are received.  Any damaged shipment must be reported to the shipping company immediately or the claim may be disallowed.  Any concealed damage must be reported within 5 working days. 
Please retain the merchandise in the original packaging pending its inspection by the carrier. 

Design Changes: We reserve the right to change the designs or material of construction used in any item.  We will make every effort to inform current customers of any major or aesthetic changes so that they can make adjustments in web and catalog photos and specs.

Privacy Statement: American Scientific, LLC respects your privacy.  The information we collect is used only to process orders and/or inform you about our latest products and services.  At no time is any of the information you provide to us shared with third party businesses.

When you submit a request (i.e. return, credit application) we request your company name, cantact name, physical address, business phone and e-mail address.  This information is necessary to process and fulfill your request.  We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for all sensitive information to ensure against unauthorized access.
